The following steps are required to replace the fuel pressure control valve:

Disconnect the battery.
Drain the fuel from the fuel rail.
Remove the fuel rail from the engine.
Remove the old fuel pressure control valve.
Install the new fuel pressure control valve.
Reinstall the fuel rail.
Fill the fuel rail with fuel.
Reconnect the battery.
